Putting green, patio, & boulder wall in Charlotte, NC
This homeowner’s vision of a luxurious golf retreat became reality with a custom putting green, featuring three golf hole pins surrounded by lush landscaping and a stunning boulder retaining wall. The transformation included a long paving path, carefully designed drainage solutions, and strategic grading to prevent water collection issues.
To enhance both the front and backyard, we installed:
✅ 8 tons of boulders and 2 tons of Cane River rock for drainage and visual appeal
✅ A 200 SF cobble walkway to complement existing pavers
✅ A carefully curated planting plan featuring Hydrangea Lime Light trees, Boxwood Variegated, Candytuft, Cryptomeria Dragon Cedar, ornamental grasses, ferns, and hostas
✅ Hardwood mulch and weed fabric for long-term maintenance
At the heart of this retreat is the golfing area, complete with a seating patio and elegant landscaping, creating a peaceful yet functional space for relaxation and recreation.
After years of water collecting in the area, the yard has transformed into the place to be in the neighborhood. The golf area is usable all year round and has no maintenance.
